rocky at low tide. Near the
middle of the community of
Las Conchas is CEDO, a
center for study of the ocean
and desert and there are tours
and a gift shop. At about this
point the beach turns to pure
sand with no rocks. From
CEDO, near the middle of Las
Conchas all the way to the
estuary are some of the best
beaches in all of Rocky Point if
you just want sand. A lot of
people like the rocks at low
tide because of the tide pools
and the snorkeling is great too.
