The villa's 5 bedrooms are
all tastefully decorated with
private baths, fans and
fireplace. 3 bedrooms have
a king size bed, 4th
bedroom with queen and
5th bedroom with queen
and single bunk beds.
Palapitas is the ideal
destination for a large
group of family or friends
comfortably accomodating
up to 12 people overlooking
the Sea of Cortez.
The inviting great room is
full of light with incredible
floor to ceiling windows that
captures one of the best
views in Rocky Point.
Fully equipped kitchen.
You can also prepare your

provides propane BBQ grill,
