Casa Neblina is a Beach front house in Las Conchas. You can't get any closer to the water! There have been times, at extreme high tide, that the water is touching the sea wall, but at low tide you can explore tide pools & play on the sand bars. Most of the time there is a nice wide sandy beach area. The tide changes 4 times per day. (two high tides and two low tides each day). There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house. It also has an optional guest house casita that can be rented separately that provides an additional bedroom, bath, kitchenette & living area. The rental of the casita makes this a 4 bedroom-4 bath house. Sleeps 9 in the 3-bedroom main house and sleeps an additional 4 in the casita for a total of 13 people.
This single level home offers incredible views of the Sea of Cortez from the family room, kitchen, dining room & master bedroom. (And master bath shower). Remodeled in 2015 with stunning granite countertops, all new appliances, new furniture & travertine floors throughout. Numerous updates were done in 2024. The deck was expanded to provide plenty of space for lounging, sunbathing, games, and a fire pit, etc. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath & access to the patio. The second master bedroom has a king size bed & private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed & a Swedish bunk bed with a full size bed on the lower bunk & a twin on the upper bunk. Each bedroom in the main house has its own bathroom. The two master bedrooms have ensuite baths.
NEW in December 2024. Now we are providing kayaks and paddle boards included in the rental! Enjoy time on the water and make some memories. Kayak with dolphins right in front of the house! there is also a Foos ball table inside.
